Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Data Analyst to join our team at Impellam Group. As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by leveraging data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain marketing analytics and reporting for multiple channels, ensuring data-driven decisions across paid, earned, and owned channels.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for marketing analytics, guiding the team in understanding how marketing activities influence business outcomes.
  • Develop and refine a Lifetime Value (LTV) model in collaboration with marketing leads, ensuring optimal investment decisions and activities.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, and present findings to stakeholders at various levels to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in marketing analytics, including brand health, digital attribution, customer segmentation and value, CRM, and LTV.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation, especially with Google BigQuery and DBT.
  • Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques such as significance testing, multivariate modeling, MMM, p-value, and A/B testing.
  • Experience in managing and developing other analysts, ensuring their professional growth and the achievement of team goals.
