As a Learning and Development Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of data within the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring compliance with business processes. This includes providing administrative support for the full learning cycle, both via the LMS and in person.
Administrative Support- Take course bookings using internal and external booking systems
- Schedule workshops and manage content
- Curate the learning library within the LMS
- Assist with the coordination of the Willen Induction event
- Input and maintain accurate training records and information within the LMS
- Extrapolate key data from the LMS and produce regular reports for management
- Provide advice on how to automate tasks and processes using the LMS
- Manage the education email inbox and deal with queries
- Work with subject matter experts to design and build e-learning packages using Articulate Rise or Storyline
- Create and upload information pertaining to the Education team on the Education Intranet pages
