City Facilities Management is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Monitoring Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Health and Safety Department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and managing our Accident and Enforcement Team.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage the Accident and Enforcement Team to ensure all reporting requirements are carried out in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze and report on system-generated RIDDOR accidents to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Verify an agreed sample of colleague accidents to determine if they are reportable under RIDDOR regulations.
- Escalate accident investigation reports that require additional information to the Client's Compliance function within 24 hours.
- Attend internal health and safety meetings with the Client's Compliance function to discuss compliance issues and best practices.
- Respond to enforcement activity and report to the client on a priority basis but within 48 hours.
- Proven experience in compliance monitoring and risk management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of RIDDOR regulations and compliance requirements.
