We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Asset Maintenance Plan Manager to join our team at Aspire Defence Services Ltd. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide operational leadership and guidance to Central and Garrison Strategic Teams in the implementation, delivery, and effectiveness of the Annual Maintenance Plan.
  • Ensure the adoption and compliance with ADSL's QSHE policies and procedures.
  • Manage the safe systems of work for all estate-related activities.
  • Collate, update, and maintain an accurate lifecycle database in line with ADSL's procedures and processes.
  • Provide leadership to the Garrison AMP Strategic Teams for asset renewal and replacement of building elements and systems.
Requirements
  • An industry-recognised professional qualification in engineering, building services, or facilities management.
  • Extensive experience of managing commercial or government asset portfolios, including infrastructure, and experience in planning programmes of work for maintenance, lifecycle, and change.
  • Proven track record in the management of asset databases and CAFM Systems, good leadership and interpersonal skills, and good influencing skills with the ability to be commercially aware.
