We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Support Services Coordinator to join our team at mhs homes. As a Support Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing an effective and customer-focused support service to residents within our Supported Living Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to residents in maintaining their independence, liaising with relatives, statutory and voluntary agencies as needed.
- Administer and manage the day-to-day operations of the schemes, ensuring compliance with mhs homes' policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the goals of the Quality Assessment Framework for the Housing Related Support agenda.
- Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
About You
We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, hardworking, and a strong team player. You will need to be organized and efficient, able to work quickly and accurately under pressure, and be adaptable to changing and challenging roles.
Requirements:
- Experience of working with older people is essential.
- Previous floating support experience would be highly beneficial.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Full valid UK driving license and ownership of a car are essential.
- Enhanced level DBS check will be required.
