About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Property Litigator to join our client's strong Real Estate Team. As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for handling complex commercial real estate disputes, including planning and environmental, development, investment, asset management, funding, construction, landlord and tenant, and dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on commercial real estate matters, including planning and environmental issues
  • Represent clients in court and tribunal proceedings, including commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • Develop and implement strategies to resolve disputes and achieve client objectives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide comprehensive legal services to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in law and regulations affecting commercial real estate

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years post-qualification experience in commercial real estate litigation
  • Solid grounding in commercial landlord and tenant disputes
  • Strong background in commercial and civil litigation
  • Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
  • Competitive basic salary - up to £105,000 depending on experience
