Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer support through proficient product and technical expertise.
  • Install, commission, maintain, and repair pumping systems and associated mechanical apparatus.
  • Conduct site assessments, generate comprehensive reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Address emergency service requests and execute necessary repairs promptly.
  • Adhere to safety regulations, develop risk assessments, and prepare method statements.
  • Uphold professionalism, focus on customer satisfaction, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Perform regular preventative maintenance on wastewater management systems.
  • Create detailed work summaries, manage tasks efficiently, and communicate progress effectively.
  • Stay informed about company policies and operational procedures.
  • Engage in the on-call rotation as required.
Qualifications:
  • Technical proficiency in water boosting technologies and packaged pumping solutions.
  • Experience in the pumping sector or related construction roles.
  • Confined Space Entry Certification.
  • Valid CSCS certification.
  • Some electrical training is advantageous.
  • Self-driven with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Emergency First Aid at Work Certification.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Desirable IT skills.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary: £35,000- £45,000
Overtime compensated at Time and a half
On-call allowance
