About the Role:
  • Service, maintain, and attend to breakdowns of various equipment and machinery.
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and perform repairs as needed.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license (less than 6 points).
  • Mechanical or electrical experience, with a strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Apprentice-trained or time-served in a relevant engineering area.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant engineering area (desirable).
  • Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused approach.
