Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of joiners and ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of joiners, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support.
