About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at NOVUS Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving positive change and facilitating process improvements across our fast-paced food manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize key areas for improvement and develop project plans to drive step changes in operations.
- Evaluate data and identify opportunities to improve manufacturing unit performance and facilitate team performance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain Management teams to develop and enhance efficient processes.
- Implement cross-functional teams to engage factory teams in the change process and ensure key impact areas are highlighted.
- Develop and maintain process maps to unlock further efficiencies within current parameters.
- Provide expert guidance and support on Continuous Improvement and process improvement projects.
Requirements:
- Continuous Improvement background or Factory Management experience with a keen interest in CI in the food industry or FMCG.
- Detailed understanding of manufacturing KPIs and customer expectations in target-driven environments.
- Proven successes in collaborative cultures and experience in driving CI initiatives.
- Project management skills and ability to work in fast-paced production facilities.
- Self-motivated and able to drive own agenda, with excellent communication and coaching skills.
