We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ICT Support Technician to join our dynamic team, providing essential technical assistance for resolving ICT support inquiries.
This position is a fixed-term contract based at our designated site, with responsibilities extending across various locations.
Key Responsibilities
The role encompasses the installation of user hardware and software, as well as the deployment of ICT systems.
Additionally, the technician will be responsible for the timely maintenance of technical documentation and asset management systems utilized by the team.
Candidates should possess strong communication and organizational skills, as the role involves interaction with staff across all levels of the Trust's Corporate and Clinical Services.
A solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, all Windows Desktop platforms including Microsoft 365, and comprehensive knowledge of the MS Office suite is essential.

- 5 GCSEs at grade C or above
- Significant practical experience in first and second line technical support
Knowledge & Skills
