About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Leading Lives. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs in their daily lives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals in their homes and in the community
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores
  • Encouraging independence and promoting social inclusion
  • Building relationships with individuals, families, and carers
  • Working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
