Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Specialist to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing the general ledger system, preparing financial statements, and presenting financial information to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure efficient and accurate record-keeping, prepare financial statements, and present financial information to management.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and manage annual budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and analyze variances between budget/forecasts and actual performance.
  • Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, maintain a strong internal control system, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow activities, optimize working capital, and maintain healthy liquidity levels to support business growth and investment opportunities.
  • Tax Compliance: Provide tax declaration materials, monitor tax declaration status, and collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with British tax regulations.
  • Financial Operations: Prepare sales invoices, oversee day-to-day financial operations, and streamline processes for greater efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English, Chinese is an advantage.
