POSITION OVERVIEW:
A Civil Supervisor is sought for a prominent construction firm specializing in renewable energy and civil engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in supervising civil works and demonstrate a commitment to safety and efficiency on site.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and direct tradespeople on site.
2. Manage subcontractors effectively.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
4. Conduct toolbox talks to promote safety awareness.
5. Maintain adherence to project timelines.

Candidate Requirements:
- Valid CSCS and SMSTS certification.
- Strong background in civil engineering.
- Capability to perform physical tasks.
- Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided if necessary.
- Tools are not required for this position.
