We are a leading provider of dialysis care in the UK, serving over 2,000 patients across 22 clinics. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of those receiving dialysis treatment.
Role Overview
As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care to our patients, providing safe haemodialysis treatment, and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our bank and work on a flexible schedule, with day shifts only and flexible timings.
Main Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care, promoting individualized care and well-being.
- Mentor and support team members, contributing to a positive and productive team environment.
- Provide safe and effective haemodialysis treatment, adhering to patient prescriptions and company guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices, contributing to the development of high-quality care.
- Collaborate with external organizations and hospital trusts, promoting seamless care transitions.
Person Specification
- Full NMC registration
- Nursing degree
- Experience in renal nursing and dialysis is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
- Flexibility and a willingness to work collaboratively
