Your Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Supervising, developing, and mentoring team members.
  • Leading the technical components of civil/structural engineering projects across various design phases, from initial options to detailed designs.
  • Estimating project costs and preparing technical proposals.
  • Conducting condition and structural assessments of existing infrastructures to evaluate their suitability for continued use.
  • Coordinating design efforts across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Drafting specifications and scoping documents.

What You Bring:

In addition to possessing strong communication and leadership abilities, the ideal candidate will have:
  • A Master's degree (MEng/MSc) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Chartered Engineer status and membership in ICE or IStructE is preferred.
  • A robust technical foundation, with experience in steel and reinforced concrete design adhering to relevant UK and international standards.
