Job Summary:
Pertemps Lincoln is seeking a skilled Warehouse Operative to join their team. As a key member of the goods in and out department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work within the goods in and out department to maintain efficient inventory management.
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Load and unload vehicles, checking stock levels and ensuring quality control.
- Perform visual quality checks on products as you pack customer orders.
- Be versatile and willing to learn new skills to support the team.
- Carry out other warehouse/production duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or physically active role.
- Proven ability to work using your own initiative.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and management.
- Ability to demonstrate commitment, reliability, and good timekeeping.
- Own form of transport required due to site location.
Working Hours:
The hours for this role are Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday, 0800 to 1630.
Salary:
You will be paid £11.44 per hour.
