About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Café Team Member to become part of our welcoming and professional team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality catering experience, which includes serving beverages, preparing and presenting food and snacks, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an efficient catering service, including food preparation and maintaining a clean and hygienic workspace.
  • Operate catering equipment safely and effectively, upholding high hygiene standards across all service areas.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Bring experience from a customer-facing role, demonstrating teamwork, responsibility, and a proactive attitude.
