  • Assist construction teams in reviewing and effectively executing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), supply chain quality plans, quality control procedures, and quality improvement initiatives, ensuring timely closure of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Reports (CARs), and observations.
  • Conduct site visits to factories to verify compliance of off-site manufactured products and complete relevant reporting promptly.
  • Ensure subcontractors and suppliers maintain a robust documented Quality Management System that meets project requirements and supports self-certification.
  • Perform regular inspections of construction elements to verify acceptance, including compliance with test results, tolerances, materials, and execution standards.
  • Ensure timely execution of benchmarking and sampling activities with clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and registers.
  • Investigate specific quality issues on-site and actively participate in their resolution.
  • Lead inspections, audits, and investigations as necessary, documenting and implementing lessons learned and improvements. Promote best practices across the business unit and share insights gained.
  • Assist the project team in managing progressive assurance.

Skills and Experience

  • Background in Civil or Building Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in quality inspection both on-site and in factories.
  • Familiarity with precast elements.
  • Valid CSCS card required for site access.
  • Qualification as an Internal Auditor/Lead Auditor/Assessor.
  • In-depth knowledge of BS18001, ISO14001, and ISO9001 management systems and their implementation.
