Key Responsibilities
  • Serving Guests
    • Set up the dining area, take orders, and clear tables in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming guests and serving food and drinks with a smile.
  • Food and Beverage Service
    • Take orders accurately and utilize sales opportunities by recommending products.
    • Send orders to the kitchen staff via the point-of-sale system.
    • Ensure prompt delivery of orders to the kitchen and then to the guests.
  • Cleanliness and Safety
    • Maintain cleanliness in the service areas, adhering to manual guidelines and hygienic food handling practices.
    • Follow safety procedures and use equipment properly.
    • Report accidents/incidents and support injured employees.
  • Customer Service
    • Offer efficient, friendly, and professional service to ensure a positive guest experience.
    • Approach and resolve guest problems positively, involving the Manager on Duty if needed.
Requirements
  • Qualifications
    • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
