About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Colleague at our Wokingham Superstore. As a Colleague, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring they have a great shopping experience
  • Take the initiative to make decisions that are right for our customers
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives
  • Be at work on time, well-presented, and ready to be a brand ambassador

Availability

We are looking for colleagues who are available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. You'll have the opportunity to work a range of hours, including early mornings, evenings, and late nights.
