Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring a pleasant and comfortable stay for our guests.
  • Be available to answer guest questions or queries regarding hotel amenities, transportation, and the local area.
  • Assist guests with their luggage and deliver it to their rooms promptly.
  • Run errands for guests and employees.
  • Handle guest luggage, packages, and parcels with care and attention to detail.
  • Liaise closely with the concierge team and provide support where necessary.
  • Provide a genuine, attentive, friendly, positive, and proactive service to our guests, reflecting the values of our hotel.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills and an outgoing personality to converse with guests.
  • Attention to detail and a positive attitude to learn.
  • A clean, valid UK/EU driver's license is desirable.
  • Knowledge of how to deliver exceptional guest service and how to never say no.
