About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Structural Engineer to join our team at Conrad Consulting Ltd. As a key member of our Structural Engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage client needs and ensure projects are delivered to client satisfaction.
  2. Assist the relevant director in managing engineering resources across the Structural Engineering team.
  3. Lead major projects ensuring they are delivered to specification.
  4. Prepare designs, calculations, specifications, drawings, and carry out risk assessments for improvement, refurbishment, and new building schemes.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a structural engineering related discipline.
  2. Holds a current site card or is prepared to immediately attain.
  3. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD.
  4. Familiar with relevant construction, health and safety legislation and risks and hazards associated with asbestos.
  5. Experience with specialist design tools such as CAD, Revit, Robot, and Tekla is essential.
