Exciting Opportunity for a Structural Analysis Engineer

This is an exceptional chance for a skilled Structural Analysis Engineer to take on a leadership role and drive the growth of our in-house Structural Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to spearhead projects, develop your skills, and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage projects from feasibility stage to completion
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex engineering problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers
  • Contribute to the development of our company's engineering capabilities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or Master's in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Experience using AutoCAD, Revit, and Tekla
  • Excellent communication, numerical, and report writing skills
  • Full clean driver's license
  • Flexible working arrangements, including 2 days of remote work per week
