Job Overview

Mastek is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and overseeing the execution of programs from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive sponsors, programme directors, business heads, and other key stakeholders.
    • Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, including vertical leads, PMs, SAs, project teams, and support functions.
  • Gross Profit Margins
    • Ensure programs are executed within timelines, efforts, and budget, while maintaining sales gross profit margins or agreed profit margins.
    • Monitor and report on month-on-month revenue and resource forecasts, ensuring minimum variance.
  • Successful Contract Execution
    • Develop a detailed understanding of every clause in the contract.
    • Review and approve Bill of Materials, SOW, and ITT responses, as well as other key elements.
    • Ensure the project team follows quality and sanity checks, and maintain a program-level risk register.
  • Escalation and Dispute Management
    • Handle program-level escalations and apprise vertical leaders and account managers of critical escalations.
    • Coordinate with vertical leaders, account managers, customers, and legal teams for dispute management.
  • Value Creation
    • Identify opportunities to go beyond the scope of work without compromising gross profit percentages.
    • Review VBA reports and KPIs, and guide the team on fine-tuning messaging.
