Key Responsibilities- Partner with key hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Design and implement captivating job advertisements to attract top talent to our vacancies.
- Coordinate and advertise all talent acquisition campaigns internally and externally in line with business processes and documented 'sourcing avenues'.
- Take an active approach to recruiting by trying to attract 'passive' candidates via LinkedIn through recruitment / headhunting campaigns.
- Organise and schedule interviews through the applicant tracking system / other business systems.
- Visit other UK office locations to meet internal customers, support with interviews and gain a clear understanding of the roles that you are recruiting for.
- Coordinate and manage the on-boarding process for new talent.
- Ensure the company's main HR Information Systems are kept up to date with new employee data and induction checklists are completed.
- Manage the organisation's applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure maximum efficiency is gained across the business by constantly reviewing and developing the functionality within the system.
- Support international recruitment needs as needed.
- Work with the HR Business Partner and Senior Leadership Team on other projects and assignments where appropriate.
The successful candidate will have previous recruitment experience in a 180 / resourcing role, preferably in the engineering sector (although this is not essential). They will have knowledge and experience of using Recruiter Lite and other hiring platforms in order to source both active and passive candidates, uncovering hidden gems for our vacancies and the talent pool. They must be a team player, who has a positive and 'stronger together' attitude and can work in a proactive, forward-thinking way rather than a 'react to what's in front of me' working style. Finally, the candidate must have the ability to learn and pick up new computer systems quickly and efficiently.
