Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the children's residential care home, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and company standards.
- Work closely with the Residential Inspector (RI) to ensure the home is a safe and enriching environment for children and young people.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the home meets the needs of children and young people.
- Manage staff, including recruitment, training, and development, to ensure the home is well-staffed and equipped to meet the needs of children and young people.
- Collaborate with the HR and recruitment department to ensure effective staff management and recruitment.
- Ensure the home is a safe and supportive environment for children and young people, promoting positive outcomes and well-being.
Requirements:
- Deputy or Registered Manager experience in a children's residential care setting.
- Level 5 in leadership and management, or working towards.
- Level 3 in children and young people.
- Driving Licence.
