Oak Springs is a luxury, purpose-built residential care home in Wavertree, providing the highest standard of residential respite and dementia care for older people. Our 74-bed home is spread across three floors and boasts a vibrant community of residents who enjoy a range of amenities, including music rooms, a beauty salon, peaceful lounge areas, and a courtyard. Your Role as a Senior Care Assistant

As a Senior Care Assistant at Oak Springs, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents to live enriched and fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Providing personalized care and support with daily activities, including personal hygiene, eating, and mobility.
  • Offering emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Encouraging residents to engage in their hobbies and interests, tailoring activities to their individual preferences and abilities.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and order within the care home environment.
  • Supervising and mentoring junior care assistants, providing guidance and support.
  • Contributing to care planning, record-keeping, medication administration, and other administrative tasks.
