Job SummaryThe post holder will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards, as well as regulatory requirements, in the Womens and Childrens CBU specialty. This will involve working closely with senior managers, both clinical and corporate, and liaising with external stakeholders and agencies as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and report on compliance with quality and safety standards, including Maternity, Neonatal, Gynaecology, and Paediatric standards.
- Support the development and implementation of action plans to address compliance issues.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with senior managers to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of compliance monitoring and regulatory requirements, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
