Job Title: QA/QC Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance/Quality Control professional to join our team at Millbank Holdings Ltd. As a QA/QC Lead, you will be responsible for managing and controlling projects and associated quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control projects and associated quality assurance processes
- Ensure quality control systems are established, communicated, applied, and remain effective
- Conduct internal audits and produce reports in relation to audit outcomes
- Prepare and review Quality Plans, Inspection and Test Plans, and supporting QA documentation
- Liaise with Project Quality Control inspectors to ensure compliance with project requirements
- Validate the implementation and effectiveness of Project corrective actions
- Promote a Right first time approach to quality and Safety
- Ensure quality performance monitoring is maintained and reviewed accordingly against agreed KPIs
- Oversee quality operations to ensure all documentation and specifications are adhered to
- Ensure subcontractors/Suppliers conform to the company and project requirements
- Liaise with all relevant Project stakeholders in relation to the preparation and submission of Project quality requirements and supporting documentation
- Liaise with Client's QA departments to ensure transparency and open communication
- Actively promote and encourage a Continuous improvement philosophy
Requirements:
- Good Engineering and QA/QC background
- Development of project QA documentation and review of supplier QA documentation
- Demonstrable, current knowledge and experience of Quality Management Systems in a regulated environment
- Problem Resolution skills and ability to articulate their use in a given situation
- Full understanding of how to deliver internal audits of management systems and ability to communicate outcomes
- Knowledge and familiarity with KPIs and performance monitoring techniques
- Computer literate; knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Good communication and report writing skills
- +5 years' experience working in a highly regulated industry
- Recognised and current Internal Auditor qualification IRCA
