Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Market Street Manager to join our team. As a Market Street Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding performance against all relevant targets across the department(s). You will play a vital role in our business and have a huge impact on our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen and respond to customer feedback and react accordingly.
  • Work with other Managers in store to lead a supportive and performance-driven department.
  • Efficiently manage all people routines, taking accountability of department(s) scheduling, absence, performance, and talent conversations.
  • Identify and develop talent within the department.
  • Lead colleagues to work with purpose, delivering outstanding performance against all relevant targets across the department(s).

Requirements
