Bid Writer Specialist

At Bid Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Bid Writer Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bid writing team, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality written responses to PQQs and tenders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on the development and production of winning written responses, working closely with Bid Coordinators and subject matter experts.
- Assess and re-work existing pre-written content to ensure relevance and quality.
- Provide ongoing support to contributors, assessing whether questions are being answered and providing feedback on content development.
- Coordinate contributors, specialists, and third-party information to produce high-quality responses.
- Cultivate a creative approach to producing submissions for demanding clients, ensuring a high level of competence in written English.
- Proofread and format responses to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements:
- A background or previous experience in bid writing, ideally within civil engineering.
- Demonstrable high level of competence in written English.
- Creative approach to producing submissions for demanding clients.
