About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst/Power BI Developer to join our Finance Data Analytics team at Next Retail Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of our data visualisation and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights into our Finance operations.
  • Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into PowerBI for analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Perform data cleansing, validation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports.
  • Assist in the identification and implementation of improvements to existing PowerBI solutions to enhance usability and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PowerBI features and best practices to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerBI with experience in developing interactive dashboards and reports.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Understanding of data warehousing concepts and data modelling techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
