About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Travel Consultant to join our team at Wanderlust Global Travel Collective. As a Travel Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work from home or any location with an internet connection, providing travel solutions to clients and building a successful travel business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market travel deals and offers to potential customers via social media platforms
  • Gather travel requirements from potential customers
  • Research travel solutions based on customer travel requirements
  • Provide travel advice and quotes to customers
  • Make travel bookings online using third-party supplier apps and portals
Requirements
  • Passionate about travel
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Ability to research travel options via supplier apps and portals online
  • Ability to plan and prioritize your own work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer-facing
  • Professional and proactive approach to building customer relationships
  • Basic digital marketing skills (Instagram, Facebook posts and reels)
