About the RoleWe are seeking a Key Holder to join our team at our soon to be opened site in Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet.
As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, resulting in solid commercial results and team satisfaction.
You will be the face of our brand, representing our values and mission to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Opening and closing the store
- Supporting the management team with commercial and customer KPIs
- Creating an inspiring working environment connected with the Brand ethos
- Representing the brand to the highest company standards
- Delivering extraordinary customer service
- Meeting store key performance indicators (KPI's)
- Being a team player and supporting team members to achieve common goals
- Promoting a respectful, diverse and inclusive environment in store
- At least 2 years of professional experience as either a supervisor or key-holder
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a sales and service expert
- Adaptable to business needs
- Excellent understanding of retail processes, systems and tools
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
