About the Role

iO Associates - UK/EU is seeking a highly skilled Resource Manager to join their team. As a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you will provide strategic guidance on resource management and work closely with the business to develop and implement people strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational resourcing of people and skills within a technology-focussed organisation
  • Develop and implement business and people strategy using commercial mind-set and business acumen
  • Provide advice on strategic resource management to senior leadership
  • Work closely with the business to develop and implement people strategy
  • Use Resource Management tooling/technology to drive operational resourcing
