Ocean Housing Group Ltd is seeking a Group Chief Executive to lead our organisation in delivering high-quality services and innovative solutions to address Cornwall's housing shortage.
We are committed to making a real contribution to the community, and our Group Chief Executive will be responsible for driving our vision forward, ensuring Ocean Housing Ltd is thriving, resilient and fit for the future.
The successful candidate will be a commercially astute and community-focused leader with senior leadership experience gained across housing and development. They will be an excellent communicator who can articulate our vision to colleagues, partners, and residents, establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders.
We are looking for someone who can grow Gilbert & Goode, our residential housebuilding business, while ensuring Ocean Housing Ltd remains a leading provider of quality homes and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of our strategic plan to deliver 1000 new, energy-efficient homes by 2030
- Drive business growth and expansion through innovative solutions and partnerships
- Ensure Ocean Housing Ltd remains a leading provider of quality homes and services
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including residents, partners, and community groups
- Develop and implement effective communication strategies to articulate our vision and values
Requirements:
- Senior leadership experience gained across housing and development
- Commercially astute with a strong understanding of the housing market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to articulate a clear vision and strategy
- Strong relationships with key stakeholders
