Deputy Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Operations Manager to join our team at Pioneer Selection. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our waste and resource management operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Manager in the development and implementation of operational strategies
- Lead and manage a team of operations staff to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and efficiency gains
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the waste and resource management sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
