About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Manager to lead our MAC Cosmetics team in Birmingham. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Retail Artists
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
- Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and engagement
- Collaborate with the hiring manager to discuss availability and work-life balance
Requirements
- Proven retail management experience in beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
