Job Summary

Atlas Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Electromechanical Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing ultrasound equipment, as well as other medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on medical equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Install and commission new medical equipment, ensuring compliance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance technical knowledge and skills.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a medical or engineering field, with a strong understanding of electrical, electronic, and software engineering principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team, as required.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout the UK, with occasional travel to Europe.
