Electromechanical Field Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Field Service Engineer to join our team at Atlas Recruitment Group Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and installing ultrasound equipment, with the potential to work on Ophthalmology and Robotics equipment and other disciplines as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients across the South UK region, including travel to central London when necessary.
  • Utilize your electrical, electronic, and software engineering expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with our forward-thinking team to deliver challenging projects across various sectors, working alongside leading brands in the field.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a medical, dental, ophthalmic, or robotics engineering role is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Excellent core engineering skills and knowledge, with a strong understanding of electrical, electronic, and software engineering principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Validated experience in servicing, repairing, and installing medical equipment, with a strong understanding of ultrasound technology.
