Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team at Company Shop Southampton. As a Retail Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues to deliver outstanding performance, excellent store standards, and exceptional member service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example and uphold Company Shop Group values at all times
  • Effectively communicate with and coordinate the team to consistently deliver an excellent department
