Audit Senior Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Audit Senior Associate to join our growing Manchester team. As a leading firm of auditors to the charity sector, we are committed to delivering a quality service to a high-profile portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality client-based assignments, ensuring the team's audit work and reporting meets the highest standards.
  • Lead and coach team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Manage relationships with clients, building strong partnerships and delivering exceptional service.
  • Contribute to the success of our business unit, participating in wider business and people development initiatives.
  • Work on advisory engagements, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Significant auditing and accounting experience, ideally with UKGAAP knowledge.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, with a focus on developing junior team members.
  • Ability to provide on-the-job training and develop auditing skills in the firm's audit methodology.
  • Excellent writing, research, and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks in client interactions.
  • Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency and understanding of how your work impacts the firm's ability to serve clients.
  • Application and solution-based approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
