Job Opportunity: Private Client Investment Administrator
About the Role:
The Private Client Investment Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Private Client team, working closely with the Private Client Directors to ensure seamless client meetings and post-meeting documentation. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and arranging client meetings, including preparing meeting materials and ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
- Create client suitability reports, including transfer analysis and new client portfolio analysis, to ensure clients receive tailored investment advice.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client data across all systems, ensuring seamless communication with clients and Directors.
- Liaise with back office staff and client servicing team to ensure best practice and optimal client outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Private Client team to participate in relevant projects and business initiatives, driving growth and excellence in investment management.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar Private Client Investment, Financial Planning, or Wealth Management organization.
- Experience working with investment funds and a strong understanding of investment products.
- Proven client-focused background with a proactive and energetic approach to work.
- Good educational background, ideally with working towards Financial Planning and/or Investment qualifications.
- Excellent communication and administrative skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
