Contract Type: 12-Month Engagement (Potential for Extension)

Airswift is a pioneering technology firm committed to innovation and excellence. We are in search of a skilled Lead Business Analyst to enhance our vibrant team. This role is crucial for driving our projects forward and ensuring alignment between our technological capabilities and business goals.
Role Summary:
In the capacity of Lead Business Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between our technology initiatives and organizational objectives. Your collaboration with diverse teams will be essential in defining, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, thereby ensuring our technology projects achieve their intended outcomes. Your expertise will significantly influence the success of our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Engage with stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business needs.
- Solution Development: Partner with technical teams to conceptualize and recommend effective solutions.
- Project Oversight: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely and within-scope completion.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain clear and ongoing communication between business and technical teams.
- Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation, including business cases, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Testing & Validation: Support the testing process to confirm that solutions meet business requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for enhancing processes and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of APIs and web services
Business Analysis Expertise:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology setting
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Soft Skills:
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Certification as a Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent
- Experience in fintech, health tech, or e-commerce industries
