SEN Teaching Assistant – Autism Specialist

We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a well-regarded primary school.

This role involves working closely with a student who faces learning challenges and behavioral difficulties, providing 1:1 support across various year groups.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Our school staff is exceptionally supportive, and guidance will be readily available when needed.

If you possess experience with children on the autism spectrum, whether in educational or care environments, we would love to hear from you.

Your responsibilities will include aiding students in their academic, personal, and social development. While this position can be demanding, it is also incredibly rewarding.

The ideal candidate will be a compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic individual who is genuinely committed to fostering the development of children with special educational needs.

All pay rates mentioned will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role in the future.
