Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bar Team Member to join our team at Cricket St Thomas Hotel, part of Warner Leisure Hotels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the bar and restaurant areas.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including food and drink offerings.
  • Contribute to the creation of a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring all guests feel valued and respected.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
