We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homeless Hostel Support Worker to join our team at Vetro Housing. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to individuals experiencing homelessness in Maesteg and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure hostel occupants comply with hostel rules and regulations
  • Provide emotional support to hostel occupants
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are explained and adhered to within the hostel
  • Liaise with Housing Officers to meet client needs
  • Promote a sense of equality and diversity throughout the business
  • Ensure standards of customer care are to a high standard
