About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Member and Customer Development Executive to join our team at The IET. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential and existing members and customers, predominantly through outbound telephone calls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contact new and existing members and customers via the telephone to provide a seamless implementation and onboarding experience.
- Ensure that members and customers are fully aware of all IET products and services.
- Track personal lead performance metrics focusing on customer satisfaction, conversion rates, onboarding, retention, and upselling opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with members and customers to drive business growth and revenue.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Excellent telephone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to learn and use any applicable support systems, including CRMs and databases.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
