Job Overview

Position: Clinical Service Manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD)

Willing Care is looking for a dedicated and empathetic Clinical Service Manager (NMC Registered) to lead the provision of exceptional care for individuals with acquired brain injuries. The successful candidate will possess a robust nursing background, experience in budget management, and a commitment to delivering outstanding care to residents facing challenges related to acquired brain injuries and mental health diagnoses.

Essential Qualifications
  • Current UK NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (Adult), Registered Mental Health Nurse, or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse.
  • NVQ/QCF level 5 in health and social care or an equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity within a healthcare environment, particularly focused on acquired brain injury, mental health, or related fields.
  • Comprehensive understanding of budget oversight, resource distribution, and staff management.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
  • A genuine passion for advocating for individuals with acquired brain injuries and enhancing their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the clinical operations of the facility, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices in nursing and healthcare management.
  • Inspire and guide a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered care and support to residents with acquired brain injuries.
  • Formulate and execute care plans, treatment approaches, and interventions tailored to the specific needs of individuals with acquired brain injuries.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, social workers, and medical professionals, to provide holistic and comprehensive care for residents.
  • Efficiently manage and allocate resources to fulfill the clinical and operational requirements of the facility.
